(19-22 credits)
The Criminal Justice Minor is open to students of all majors. Students may count courses taken for the minor toward their General Education requirements if applicable. The Criminal Justice Minor is composed of 19-22 credits, including three core required courses (10-11 credits) and three courses (9-12 credits) from one of three tracks. The tracks provide electives across a number of disciplines and focus on law, social justice or juvenile justice. The minor is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of criminology and criminal justice in conjunction with electives that will augment the student’s major study area.
Students may count NO MORE THAN TWO courses in the minor towards the sociology major, if applicable.
