In the senior level students may take 500 or 600 level courses. *Students who wish to be certified in BOTH Physical Education and Health Education require ADDITIONAL credits to the above. **Students who graduate with more than 120 credits may apply up to 9 credits of Health courses numbered 500 and above to the M.A. in Health Education. This may only be done if those Health courses are designated as floating credits while they are undergraduate students. 1Any class in Literacy Methods is acceptable. Choose in consultation with an advisor. 2Students may take 6 credits in a language other than English or 3 credits at Level lll or higher to meet NYS Teaching Certification requirements, unless waived by virtue of documented passing scores on high school Regents Examination or documented fluency. |
