The 3+3 Guaranteed Conditional Admission Program to Albany Law School
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from Adelphi University/Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School
Adelphi University has a Guaranteed Conditional Admission Program with Albany Law School in which students’ study for three years at Adelphi. After completing 90 credits at Adelphi, students begin their first year of law school which
counts as the final 30 credits needed to be eligible for the bachelor’s degree at Adelphi. The bachelor’s degree will be awarded by Adelphi University after the first year of law school. After successful completion of the third year at Albany
Law, students are eligible for their law degree. For more information on the program academic/standardized test requirements and the application deadline, please click here. Eligibility to this program is limited to 10 first year students.
Albany Law School Program Admissions Eligibility Requirements
- Completion of at least (90) credits of course work at Adelphi, including completion of all General Education requirements and all major coursework. Students are able to major in any area at Adelphi.
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3. Must have 56 credits by the end of sophomore year.
- Achieved a one time or average score on the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) that is no lower than the median LSAT score for the prior year’s entering class at Albany Law. (LSAT should be taken by December 1 of junior year)
- Submit a Law School application the fall of junior year.
