PHI (0154) 105 - Critical Thinking Skills: The Analysis of Arguments in Everyday Thought


Credits: 3.00

Students learn: the basic rules and limits of rational thinking, how to identify and evaluate an argument and how to create better arguments. Students practice how to recognize the difference between good and bad reasoning in everyday contexts, e.g., newspapers, popular periodicals, radio, television and cinema.
