In the 18-credit Applied AI in Business minor, students will learn how and when to responsibility apply Generative and Agentic AI to create value in Business. Throughout the 6 courses, students will work hands-on with AI chatbots, build semi-autonomous AI Agents, study recent developments and implementations, and discuss ethical considerations of AI in business.

Required:

Students may complete the minor in as few as 4 semesters, after they complete 0207-270 or an equivalent course. The prerequisites and sequencing of courses are in an attached document.

The final course in this minor will be chosen from a set of elective courses, currently there is only one elective but we plan to add more in future semesters.
