This is a fully online program.

Candidates for this degree must have completed at least 120 credits, 30 of which must be taken in graded course work at the University. No more than 60 of the total credits may be awarded from prior learning. 50 credits in the major are required. In all cases, candidates must have a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 2.5.

The accelerated option is for upper division undergraduates (60+ credits) who plan to pursue an M.S. in Emergency Management. Students will be eligible to take up to six (6) credits that will count toward their undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Students are required to have a 3.0 GPA to enter the program, and must maintain a 3.0 GPA to in the graduate courses.
