The FLEX MBA (STEM designated) program offers students a cutting-edge format in which to obtain their M.B.A. in as little as 12 months. The program consists of two pre-semester modules and four eight-week semesters. At the conclusion of the Fall 1 and Spring 1 semesters, students participate in “problem-solving days” where they integrate what they have learned over the previous semester(s). Our program is designed to equip you with the essential skills, strategic thinking, and innovative mindset needed to tackle complex business issues head-on. In an ever-evolving global economy, the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems is a critical skill that sets leaders apart. This program goes beyond traditional MBA offerings, placing a strong emphasis on practical problem-solving techniques that empower graduates to excel in a wide range of industries. Additionally, the program offers three areas of STEM specialization.

This program can be completed in one year, one and a half years, or two years.  The one year schedule is provided below.

Note:

Fall I and II and Spring I and II semesters are 8 weeks long. For more information about the Problem-Solving MBA, please contact the Graduate Program Office at (516) 877-4670.

Courses are 3 credits unless noted otherwise.
