To earn the B.A. in Psychology, students must successfully complete the following requirements (details are given below):
- General Education distribution and learning goal classes;
- 17 credits of required foundation classes;
- 12 credits of classes in different domains of psychology;
- 3 credits of a domain elective;
- A Professional Development Portfolio (during or after the spring semester of their junior year);
- 6 credits of advanced topics seminars;
- 3 credits of a capstone/Senior Experience Applied class.

Capstone/Senior Experience Applied (SEA) Course

Professional Development Portfolio
Students will upload their most significant writing assignment as a writing sample,’ their CV/resume, and a brief professional cover letter to a personal Google site that will then be reviewed by a graduate assistant. Students will register for a 0-credit course (0501-499-001) during or after the spring semester of their junior year to complete the portfolio requirement.
