The core or common body of knowledge component of the program is designed to provide a solid foundation in each of the functional areas of business: accounting, finance, management, management information systems, statistics, operations and supply chain and marketing. It also teaches the student to integrate material across the different disciplines. These courses are the “building blocks” for specializing in one of the disciplines listed below.
