PUB (0304) 619 - Public Health Nutrition

Students will apply principles of public health nutrition to health promotion and disease prevention, with emphasis on today’s leading chronic disease.  The basics of nutritional epidemiology are presented, as are nutritional programs and policies to help reduce health disparities among U.S. subpopulations across the life span.
