SLS (0873) 716 - Studies in Voice Science

Students will conduct a variety of voice science investigations. Included will be laryngeal anatomy, laryngeal physiology (control mechanisms for frequency and intensity of vocal fold vibration), theories of voice production, laryngeal histology, the aging larynx, changes in the larynx across the lifespan, and respiratory mechanisms underlying voice production.
