ABC (0101) 272 - Philosophy of Race and Multiculturalism


Credits: 3.00

Students examine how identities are shaped, recognized, or misrecognized through conceptions of race and ethnicity.  This course explores the philosophical and social significance of racial discourse and how it intersects with class, gender, and sexuality.  Students learn how diversity and multiculturalism include, but are not limited to concepts of race.
