Students will examine women’s roles in international development across Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Spain through analyzing writings, visual narratives, and entrepreneurial initiatives, exploring historical and current challenges, cultural narratives, and global feminism, while also analyzing how women transform and redefine development in diverse socio-political, economic, and cultural contexts.
