CHE (0106) 473 - Biochemistry Laboratory

This course-based research experience uses computational biology and biotechnology methods to assign functions to proteins.  Projects involve hypothesizing the function of a protein, expressing and purifying the protein, testing the protein for its function, and oral and written communication of the results. There is one 5-hour laboratory.

Corequisite: CHE 471
