Social Entrepreneurship is an increasingly relevant field of business. Students will examine the theory and practice of identifying, evaluating, launching and growing successful mission-driven for profit, nonprofit and hybrid organizations that purposefully advance positive social change through innovative business-oriented solutions.

Course Learning Goals: •    Identify and articulate the nature of social mission in entrepreneurial opportunities 
•    Analyze the sustainability of a social venture business model
•    Develop the experiences and skills of a social entrepreneurial team

•    Analyze Capital markets and evaluate exit possibilities
