BIO (0105) 423 - Physiological and Molecular Aspects of Nutrition

Study the physiological, biochemical and molecular interactions related to nutrient utilizations through reading and discussion of original articles, including structure and function of vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and lipids, hormonal control of eating satiety, metabolism, role of genetics in metabolic control, and physiology and molecular biology of taste and smell.
