POL (0158) 345 - Feminist Theory & Practice

Student will analyze and apply feminist theories and concepts to debate how power and privilege operate. Students will explore the complex interplay between gender, sexuality, race, class, and more. Student will address issues like heteronormativity, respectability politics, electoral politics, food insecurity, job discrimination, sexual violence, and internal critiques of feminism.
