Study the diversity of Native American cultures and the various strategies used as they confronted the invasion of their lands by Europeans. Analyze the stereotypical â€˜Indian’ by utilizing the archaeological, ethnohistoric, and ethnographic databases. Contemporary issues will also be discussed. Field trips are included.
