HEGIS Code: 0506.00
CIP Code: 52.1301

Undergraduate Credits Required: 120
Minimum number of Graduate credits Required: 30

This articulation agreement serves to formalize an accelerated pathway to complete both a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management in a five-year period (or its equivalent).

Under this agreement, a maximum of four designated graduate courses may be applied to meet the degree requirements for both the BS in Information Systems and MS in Supply Chain Management. With permission of the Academic Director for the MS in Supply Chain Management, a student in the BS in Information Systems may enroll in designated graduate courses in Supply Chain Management, subject to the requirements of each degree at the time of entry. Upon earning the BS in Information Systems, the student may matriculate into the MS in Supply Chain Management and count the credits earned in these courses toward the requirements for both the undergraduate and graduate degrees, assuming the following criteria are met:

● Met all of the requirements of the undergraduate major, as well as those relevant to the overall undergraduate degree, i.e. for a B.S., all general education requirements and 75 percent of credits completed are classified as liberal arts and sciences (LAS);

● Maintain an overall Grade Point Average of 3.2 or higher in the undergraduate major (Information Systems) during the final four semesters;

● Maintain an overall Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher in all undergraduate studies during the students final six semesters;

● Only graduate courses with an earned grade of B (3.0/4.0) or higher, taken while enrolled as an undergraduate, will also count toward the Master’s degree requirements.

● Matriculate into the Master’s program immediately upon completing the Bachelor’s degree.

If the above criteria are met, upon earning the Bachelor of Science degree, the student may matriculate into the Master of Science degree and the designated graduate credits earned will count toward the requirements for both BS in Information Systems and MS in Supply Chain Management, enabling the completion of the Master of Science in Supply Chain Management with an additional 18 credits (6 courses).

If any of above criteria is not met, any graduate-level courses the student have taken during his/her undergraduate program will count toward his/her BS in Information Systems only, and the student will need permission of the Academic Director of the MS in Supply Chain Management program to matriculate into the MS in Supply Chain Management.
