As an Adelphi undergraduate nursing student, you can complete a master’s degree program in nursing administration, nursing education and adult/geriatric nurse practitioner in less time with less cost.

The continuity and cohesiveness of the graduate and undergraduate aspects of the program make the curriculum both economical and comprehensive. This pathway is a unique option if you’re matriculated in the R.N. to B.S. program and interested in acquiring a master’s in nursing. Upon approval and if you meet specific criteria, you can take up to three courses at the graduate level while completing the R.N. to B.S. program.

Nine credits of your undergraduate coursework will be applied to your master’s degree requirements.

Specific requirements for admission to the M.S. portion of the program include:

A minimum 3.0 overall GPA
Grades of B or better in nursing clinical courses
Assessment by faculty advisers and classroom professors

Please work in consultation with your academic adviser to make sure that you meet the requirements for this combined degree program option.
