WRT (0811) 101 - Expository Writing

Introductory course in college-level writing: write three or four extended pieces; develop each through process of planning, drafting, revising, and editing; briefer exercises experimenting with specific writing techniques; use informal writing as a tool for exploring ideas. Class meetings conducted as seminar discussions and workshops; regular individual conferences.
