Throughout the 150-hour practicum and accompanying seminar, students explore the change agent role of the NPD specialist. Working under the guidance of a preceptor who is an expert NPD specialist, students plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based projects that address workforce issues, clinical or professional development practice or organizational changes.
